Decolonization has nothing to do with workers movements, or the evil greedy "system", it means giving back the land that was stolen illegally by the usa and giving full independence (including a valid land base) to the tribes that desire it. No? That has everything to do with enforcing the "system" that exists, or the constitution, and nothing to do with marxism or some pan-workers movement. Why the conflation?

It seems that a lot of people (generally non-native peoples) are unwilling to speak to the issue of land and the return of the control/stewardship of the land to its original and still current occupants - "We're Still Here". There will always be issues because of white privilege and imperialist confusion that people won't talk about land and muddy the real fundamental issues with other elements, but this video does give what seems like a good snippet of what people think decolonization is. That is good to know. The land issue must come forward. And we must avail ourselves of the indigenous voices of Turtle Island to be able to know what and how to support decolonization, how to get out of the way of that movement and how to support it when need and how we are needed, if we are not native to this sacred place.
